Dr. Kal Abouhaif

Originally from Egypt, Dr. Kal Abouhaif immigrated to the United States in 1989. He graduated from Life Chiropractic College and has completed 200 hours of postgraduate training in various fields including Chiropractic and Physical Therapy Rehabilitation, Neurology, Whiplash, and Brain Injury. He is also certified in Colossus Claim Evaluation software. His areas of expertise are diverse, encompassing whiplash and brain injury, the biomechanics of spine trauma, soft tissue injury and repair, as well as pain management and proprioception neurology related to spine and spine-related disorders.

Throughout his career, Dr. Kal has received numerous accolades, including being named Chiropractor of the Year in 2003 and receiving the title of Best Chiropractor in the County for seven consecutive years. He is a member of both the American Chiropractic Association and the Georgia Chiropractic Association. Dr. Kal is licensed to practice in Michigan and Georgia and is board certified in Chiropractic and Physical Therapy.

Dr. Thomas Federico

Our Medical Director, Dr. Federico, brings 30 years of experience to his role. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of San Francisco and graduated from Saint Louis University School of Medicine in 1982. After completing a three-year residency in Family Medicine in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, he moved to Orlando, Florida, where he practiced Family Medicine in a private setting for over 25 years. Over the past three decades, Dr. Federico has gained extensive experience in various medical fields, including Urgent Care, Occupational and Injury Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Cosmetic Medicine.

To balance his professional life, Dr. Federico has pursued his passion for music. For the last 30 years, he has been an active singer in several choirs, including the Bach Festival Choir of Winter Park, Florida, and, for the past five years, the Georgia Symphony Chorus in Marietta.

Adrienne Elstad

Mrs. Adrienne Elstad is a nationally certified Physician Assistant with a specialization in functional medicine at Advanced Health Solutions. Born and raised in Roswell, she earned a Bachelor of Education in Kinesiology/Exercise Science from The University of Georgia. After her undergraduate studies, Mrs. Elstad pursued a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at The Medical College of Georgia, graduating in 2008.

Mrs. Elstad began her career in an orthopedic office, dedicating eight years to developing a conservative arthritis clinic and providing medical support for local sports teams concerning sport-related injuries. Prior to joining Advanced Health Solutions, she spent two years collaborating with a thoracic surgeon specializing in robotic thoracic oncology. At our clinic, she treats a wide array of conditions, including injuries from vehicular accidents, back pain, and neuropathy, and she performs in-house joint and trigger point injections.

Physical Therapist

Scott A. Boschetto

Mr. Scott Boschetto began his athletic training career in 1978 at Lock Haven University. He completed a Master’s in Sports Medicine and Kinesiology at Illinois State University in 1980 and became certified in Physical Therapy at Emory University in 1982. During his graduate assistantship, Mr. Boschetto was distinguished as the first athletic trainer from Illinois State to work with athletes at the inaugural Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs in 1979.

Since then, he has practiced in various environments, including hospitals and private practices. His expertise is heavily focused on Sports Medicine and Orthopedics, with specializations in knee, shoulder, and spinal rehabilitation. This expertise has enabled him to work directly with professional athletes, celebrities, and notable business figures. Mr. Boschetto’s depth of knowledge and extensive experience allow him to provide personalized care to injured and post-operative patients, helping them return to their previous lifestyles.

Dr. Omar Hajmurad

Dr. Hajmurad is a board-certified Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Medicine physician practicing in the Metro Atlanta Area. He earned his medical degree from Mercer University School of Medicine and completed his residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital Health System in Miami, Florida. Dr. Hajmurad further specialized by completing a fellowship in interventional pain medicine at Emory University. After his fellowship, he began practicing in anesthesiology and pain medicine in the greater Atlanta Metro Area.

In his spare time, Dr. Hajmurad dedicates himself to mentoring undergraduate and medical students, guiding them as they pursue their medical careers.

Meet Dr. Osa Ogiamien, an attending Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Medicine physician based in Metro Atlanta.
